Also we still use this in some cases we can now replace, moreover it just makes sense to have a machine readable format in the API instead of only the human readable format which is less precise. When using S3 as primary storage, transferring ownership with the `--move` option fail with the following error: `SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '8-45b963397aa40d4a0063e0d85e4fe7a1' for key 'fs_storage_path_hash'` The `--move` option moves the entire home folder from one account to another. The error means that the move failed because the destination folder already exist in `oc_filecache`. - With S3 as primary storage, folders only exists as entries in `oc_filecache`. - With S3 as primary storage, `moveFromStorage(...)` only moves the cache entry, as nothing needs to be moved on disk. Ferdinand Thiessen	3c4feff028	fix: Move login via email logic to local backend ... Backends can decide which names they accept for login, e.g. with user_ldap you can configure arbitrary login fields. This was a hacky approach to allow login via email, so instead this is now only handled by the local user backend. This also fixes some other related problems: Other logic relys on `backend::get()` which was not handling email, so e.g. password policy could not block users logged in via email if they use out-dated passwords. Similar for other integrations, as the user backend was not consistent with what is a login name and what not. When running `OC\Preview\BackgroundCleanupJob`, the main iteration loop in `run()` expects a folder, however, `getOldPreviewLocations()` currently does not filter by mimetype and therefore can yield a non-folder entry which causes an Exception when constructing the Folder impl.
