Jeff Davis 91f2cae7a4 Read WAL directly from WAL buffers. 
If available, read directly from WAL buffers, avoiding the need to go
through the filesystem. Only for physical replication for now, but can
be expanded to other callers.

In preparation for replicating unflushed WAL data.

PostgreSQL Database Management System

This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL
database management system.

PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system
that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including
transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types
and functions.  This distribution also contains C language bindings.
