This commit adds the --continue-on-error option, allowing pgbench clients to continue running even when SQL statements fail for reasons other than serialization or deadlock errors. Without this option (by default), the clients aborts in such cases, which was the only available behavior previously. This option is useful for benchmarks using custom scripts that may raise errors, such as unique constraint violations, where users want pgbench to complete the run despite individual statement failures. PostgreSQL Database Management System
This directory contains the source code distribution of the PostgreSQL database management system.
PostgreSQL is an advanced object-relational database management system that supports an extended subset of the SQL standard, including transactions, foreign keys, subqueries, triggers, user-defined types and functions. This distribution also contains C language bindings.
