29c37af40c feat(files): restore unified search filtering in files view 
The unified search emits, search events that other apps can subscribe to and
 react however they want to search queries, following
 4b55594f55 and prior updates to migrate the Files
app ui to vue.js that feature was broken.

This commit reintroduces the feature using the current `FileList` implementation.

This commit also adds some logging to an empty exception handler.

chore(perf): prevent unnecessary bundling of caniuse-lite 
It does not support tree shaking as they are still building a cjs
bundle. However, they bundle certain futures to separate smaller modules
which we can take advantage of.

As expected, a user does not see themselves in their contact list,
 however, when using the contact list for filtering search, a user,
 might want to limit the search to things that pertain to them.

aa25590130 Correct semantics for link opening in global search 
Following the update of `NcListItem` to allow control over
 where and how passed `hrefs` open, the search result component
 can now make use of these props.

Handle close GlobalSearchModal gracefully 
The current close infrastructure modifies a prop which has
 no real effect aside bugs.

In addition, calling the `NcModal.close()` as the primary way to
 close the search modal instead of using the states defined in `GlobalSearch` view
 causing re-open bugs (Modal cannot open, needs to click twice, and other weird stuff).

701e626d18 Move search result section to component & hide thumbnail if error 
The section that handles the search result list item is big and complex enough
 to have it's own component. Inside this component, a new method is added to hide
the thumbnail preview if the image load errors out.

20b3338288 Feat: New UI global search 
We are introducing a new search UI that providers a lot more space
for users via a large centralized modal and providers various filters
which can by applied by adding various chips on the UI.

For example, users can now filter their search or scope it by limiting the results
to specific apps, time period and people by apply the appropriate filters on the
new UI, previously filters where applied using text in the search box by prefixing
with `::`.

fix(xhr-request): Make sure to also allow strings as url 
Our utility to add `X-Requested-With` headers on API calls intercepts
calls to `window.fetch`, so we must ensure we allow all parameters that the default
browser provided `window.fetch` allows.
In this case make sure to allow all stringify-able objects.

Fix warnings on login page 
Check for app menu container before mounting.
Fix "isError" in LoginForm being a number when the throttleDelay is
zero. In fact, there is no need for existence check because both
undefined and null are not greater than a number.

Rewrite OC.SystemTags.getDescriptiveTag to vanilla js 
For every tag a deprecation warning is emitted.
With 10k tags the ui becomes unresponsive and inspector crashed occasionally.

Improve loading for tags 
When opening the tag select and type something the tags are loaded.

If you continue to type but the tags are not finally loaded yet (the first xhr request is still running)
another xhr request is triggered. This happens for every keystroke.

003c76cca2 FilePicker: Hide also outline of new button if type is CHOOSE 
If the filepicker mode is set to `FILEPICKER_TYPE_CHOOSE`
currently only the button but not the outline of it is hidden.

This also hides the outline to fix #33142

- Add visible-focus effect on each header entry
- Show focus outline when using focus-visible (keyboard navigation)
- Add polyfy for focus-visible since it's only very recently available
  on webkit
- Change text for link to home button to describe the destination and
  not the current page
- Improve focus effect in app sidebar navigation

Fix file picker not respecting hidden files settings 
This will only respect the setting inside the file app. For other apps
we will either need to do an API call or add an input field with the
same idea to spare a blocking api call.
