Convert vault_verify_dr_replication to use blackbox SDK (#16241) (#16336) (#16339) 
* Convert vault_verify_dr_replication to use blackbox SDK

- Replace bash script with Go blackbox test
- Add TestDRReplicationStatus and TestDRReplicationStatusOutput
- Update module to use vault_run_blackbox_test
- Add root token parameters to scenario steps
- Remove old bash scripts directory
