140a165ab2 - Add markdel function to ECS slabhash. 
- Limit ECS scope returned to client to the scope used for caching.

5b7942d197 - Fixes for clang static analyzer, the missing ; in 
edns-subnet/addrtree.c after the assert made clang analyzer
  produce a failure to analyze it.
