Andrew Turner a48bd01151 Fix the types for the start, end, and count arguments to ... arm_gic_fdt_alloc_resource. These were the old u_long where they should be rman_res_t. Both of these are the same size on arm64 so this is just for correctness, and would not have led to incorrect behaviour.
