Juli Mallett 89cb44523c Check for device faults and for failures to set DRQ when expected, rather ... than spinning forever. This fixes booting with CF ejected. NB: I've made the driver pretty chatty about errors in case there's hardware that operates differently to mine, so we can easily track down any issues.
