Alexander Leidinger a346b0961c Disable multichannel recording in snd_emu10kx module. Whith multichannel 
recording enabled some programs (audio/audacity from ports) can't
correctly enumerate all /dev/dsp device.

Note: previous commit did not enable some debugging stuff, my eyes did
misread "#undef" as "#define".
