Alexander Motin 4cca153030 - Give ATA/SATA SIMs info about ATAPI packet size, supported by device. 
- Make ATA XPT to reject longer SCSI CDBs then supported by device, or
any SCSI CDBs, if device doesn't support ATAPI.
