Navdeep Parhar 07b5fdfd01 cxgbe(4): Changes to the default T6 firmware configuration file. 
- Disable features that are not supported or not used on FreeBSD.
- Increase the RSS table slice per interface.
- Increase the share of the TCAM reserved for filtering.
