David Chisnall 523f54dd4a Correctly export operator new / delete for things linking against libsupc++ but ... not libstdc++. Unfortunately, it appears that libsupc++ / libstdc++ have a different idea of the type of size_t to the rest of the world, which may cause problems later on...
