Alexander Motin 15a0920e21 Return CAM_SEL_TIMEOUT and CAM_DEV_NOT_THERE instead of CAM_TID_INVALID 
and CAM_LUN_INVALID for case of missing devices. In removes tons of error
messages from CAM during bus scans.
