Bruce Evans a7d87a6714 Don't (re)define ACTUALLY_LKM_NOT_KERNEL. It wasn't even used by the 
joy driver proper.

Don't add -I/sys to CFLAGS.  bsd.kmod.mk adds the correct (relative)
path.
