bsdinstall(8) hostname: Update for bsddialog 0.3 
* Delete --hline info. bsddialog(1) 0.3 closes an --inputbox pressing
   only Enter (restoring the previous LGPL-dialog behavior).
 * Add dynamic width auto-sizing.
