Roger Hardiman 7313447c12 Backout changes made in 1.102 following feedback from NTSC users ... There seems to be some problem with the new rgb_vbi_prog() RISC code not working for NTSC users. This means that European teletext users will need to start Alevt (or open /dev/vbi0) BEFORE starting FXTV (or opening /dev/bktr0) if they want to capture VBI data for Teletext/Videotext or WaveTop Reported by: Chris Csanady <cc@137.org>, Kenneth D.
