Bjoern A. Zeeb	e6f0fd5898	Add regression tests for the setsockopt(2) SO_SETFIB socket option. ... Check that the expected domain(9) families all handle the socket option correctly and do proper bounds checks. This would catch bugs as fixed in (r230938,)r230981.
