and finish the job. ncurses is now the only Makefile in the tree that
uses it since it wasn't a simple mechanical change, and will be
addressed in a future commit.
Check that the expected domain(9) families all handle the socket option
correctly and do proper bounds checks. This would catch bugs as fixed
in (r230938,)r230981.
