51b2216114 hid: move proper hat switch handling from ps4dshock to hgame 
Generic "DirectInput" HID gamepads need this handling too.

16079c7233 hid: quiet -Wswitch 
Gcc builds complained that not all switch cases are handled.  Add
default cases to appease gcc.
