447636e43c linux(4): implement coredump support

32- and 64-bit executables. Some bits are still missing.

This is based on a prototype by chuck@.

023bff7990 linux(4): fix ptrace(2) to properly handle orig_rax
This fixes strace(1) erroneously reporting return values
as "Function not implemented", combined with reporting the binary
ABI as X32.

Very similar code in linux_ptrace_getregs() is left as it is - it's
probably wrong too, but I don't have a way to test it.

77651151f3 linux: make ptrace(2) return EIO when trying to peek invalid address
Previously we've returned the error from native ptrace(2), ENOMEM.
This confused Linux strace(2).

c987d6a677 linux: map EBUSY returned by ptrace into ESRCH
The ptrace(2) Linux man page claims the syscall returns ESRCH,
if the tracee is not stopped; the native ptrace(2) returns EBUSY.

faf2fa21d7 Support PTRACE_GETREGSET w/ NT_PRSTATUS in Linux ptrace(2).
While Linux strace(1) doesn't strictly require it - it has a fallback
to PTRACE_GETREGS - it's a newer interface, so we better support it
before the old one is deprecated.
