Hans Petter Selasky	2da3897d01	Rename linuxapi[.ko] into linuxkpi[.ko], to reflect that it is a ... kernel programming interface module, KPI, to avoid confusion with the existing Linux userspace binary compatibility shims. Hans Petter Selasky	e982e5c561	Start importing the basic OFED linux compatibility layer changes made ... by dumbbell@ to be able to compile this layer as a dependency module. Clean up some Makefiles and remove the no longer used OFED define. Currently only i386 and amd64 targets are supported.
