Robert Clausecker	438a1ff803	lib/libc/tests/string/stpncpy_test.c: extend for upcoming SSE implementation ... This adds additional unit tests validating the function for All possible alignment offsets of source and destination. Also extend the test to allow testing of an external stpncpy implementation, which greatly simplifies the development of custom implementations. Warner Losh	4025b5b527	libc: Purge unneeded cdefs.h ... These sys/cdefs.h are not needed. Purge them. They are mostly left-over from the $FreeBSD$ removal. A few in libc are still required for macros that cdefs.h defines. Keep those.
