acpi_dev_get_first_match_dev returns the first match of ACPI device
and acpi_device_handle returns its ACPI handle.

The SPDX folks have obsoleted the BSD-2-Clause-FreeBSD identifier. Catch
up to that fact and revert to their recommended match of BSD-2-Clause.
