- Added the MenuIPLType menu for selecting pc98 boot IPL.

- Disabled 'Syscons, Font', 'Syscons, Screenmap' and 'Syscons, Ttys' menus
  on pc98.
- Fixed the MenuMouseType and MenuMousePort menus for pc98.
- Fixed some comments for pc98.
