Move SWITCH_TAKES_ARG' to FBSD_SWITCH_TAKES_ARG' and `WORD_SWITCH_TAKES_ARG'

Browse source 
to `FBSD_WORD_SWITCH_TAKES_ARG' which allows architectures to tweak these
values if needed.
