Update to version 3.113. Major changes were to incorporate FreeBSD- specific changes into the original distribution (although sometimes with a slightly different approach) and to add two commandline options to send-pr(1): -c which allows you to specify an address to CC this PR to -s allow the severity to be specified on the commandline PR: 17922
