Still provide scapy and jq for test coverage reasons.  For reference:

  1. Single test via:

    # kyua debug -k /usr/tests/sys/netpfil/pf/Kyuafile killstate:match

  2. Running test suite via:

    # kyua test -k /usr/tests/sys/netpfil/pf/Kyuafile
