Hallvard Furuseth f5da908c49 thread_keys is a (poor) open-addessed hash table, but it lacked a ... "deleted item" mark. Add DELETED_THREAD_CTX. Also improve the hash function a bit, and make the hash unsigned.		2007-05-09 22:22:44 +00:00
