Kurt Zeilenga 948925a683 Patch slapadd(8) to provide a structuralObjectClass if missing 
from input.  This likely needs to be done by the frontend instead.
Add structuralObjectClass to the root and subschema dses.

OpenLDAP Devel README
	This software was obtained from the development branch (HEAD) of
	the OpenLDAP Software Repository.  This copy is likely already
	not current, the development branch changes frequently.  These
