Kurt Zeilenga 30f953160f Add wait4/3 detection. 
Modify slapd_tester to use pid_t and wait macros.  May need to
implement additional macros in ac/wait.h (in addition to
WEXITSTATUS and WIFEXITED).

README 

This directory contains a series of test scripts which are used to
verify basic functionality of the LDAP libraries, slapd, and slurpd.
To run the tests, type "make" in the ./tests directory.
