Sync'ed up with nss-pam-ldapd 0.8.11 * added nssov_config support * added password_prohibit_message, similar to PADL * self-password-changes are made as user identities; root changing user passwords as nssov-pam-pwdmgr-dn 2. 6d7c1880a8 ITS#6758 Avoid SlapReply reuse. 
Caller provides a SlapReply and reads the result after the operation,
then reuses it.  Reinitialize before reuse, or move declaration inwards.

a5abeb92ec Update contrib notices to reflect that they are distributed as part of
