5f2af361ba ITS#6532 Support extensible match=...OrderingMatch 
Handles:  caseExactOrderingMatch, generalizedTimeOrderingMatch,
         caseIgnoreOrderingMatch,         integerOrderingMatch,
        octetStringOrderingMatch,   numericStringOrderingMatch.
