e1266bf331 Clean up mdb_copy. 
Support MDB_NOSUBDIR. Catch more errors.  Write messages
to stderr, not stdout which the data too may be piped to.

c68e5ae9be Add mdb_env_copyfd() 
Allow writing backup to an already opened file handle, for piping
to tar/gzip/ssh/whatever.
