Misha M.-Kupriyanov abe86a9bc2 feat(install): dispatch InstallationCompletedEvent in Setup 
Integrate event dispatching into Setup class:
- Inject IEventDispatcher dependency
- Dispatch InstallationCompletedEvent after successful installation
- Add Setup tests for event integration
- Update composer autoload for new class
