The "-6" optarg now prepends the server_address with "udp6:" for the
snmpget external command as per the net-snmp syntax at:

This reverts commit 6986aa1d0a. That
commit leads to issues on non-Linux systems, and it seems to not
(always) work as expected on Linux, either.
