Praveen M a74bf84787 e2e: add tests for external-snapshot-metadata sidecar 
The tests validate the sidecar's functionality,
integration with the CSI driver and correctness of
metadata retrieval for snapshot backups.

This will help CSI vendors test their implementation
of the snapshot-metadata feature.

Issue: kubernetes-csi/external-snapshot-metadata#120
