Two small code cleanup changes for `probe/http`. - Tests name the `followNonLocalRedirects` variable before passing to `New`, so its clear what the boolean flag in the construct impacts. - Change import name from `httprobe` to `httpprobe` when used by `pkg/kubelet/prober/prober.go`.
