Move Deployments to ReplicaSets and switch the Deployment selector to the new LabelSelector. Update the Deployments' API types, defaulting code, conversions, helpers and validation to use ReplicaSets instead of ReplicationControllers and LabelSelector instead of map[string]string for selectors.
