b902e43892 Skip events for multi-object kubectl describe 
Default ShowEvents=false when describing multiple objects and
the user has not explicitly set --show-events. Single-object
describe unchanged. Applied in both Run() and
DescribeMatchingResources() using a value copy of
DescriberSettings.

81a25f37b5 Set validate functions requiring no parameters for all commands 
Validate function is used to validate command options and should not get
any additional parameter. To preserve compatibility across all
kubectl commands, this PR removes all parameters in validate functions.

b0cd1c2290 Do some Kubectl optimizations suggested by the golangci linter 
The tool golangci-lint gives a bunch of warnings. This PR solves the easier/less controversial ones, so the code is simpler and a little bit more optimal, since it removes some if conditions.
