ea0ce32bc9 Change implicit nullable type declaration to explicit 
Since PHP 8.4 implicitly nullable parameter types are deprecated.

Normalize scoped PHPDoc for nullable-parameter updates: use `?Type` instead of
`Type|null`, remove column alignment, and indent continuation lines with 2
spaces.

745e30259d lib: Implement AuthChain::authenticate() 
Right now the LoginController has all the authentication which is kind of a mess. Further, the upcoming basic access authentication has to reuse this code.
Thus AuthChain::authenticate() is introduced to handle both cases.

39c80dccaf Decouple authentication backend creation from Icinga\Authentication\Manager 
Add authentication backend type msldap with default values for user_class
and user_name_attribute. Backend type ldap now logs an error when user_class
and user_name_attribute ist not configured. Rename membership.ini to
memberships.ini since all our INI configuration files are in the plurar
where it makes sense. The AuthenticationController now handles
authentication
