91c7e60df8 Replace all existing copyright headers with SPDX headers 
I've used the following command to replace the original copyright header
lines in a C-style comment block:

```

For files that use shell-style comments (#) like CMakeLists.txt, I've
used this command:

The best we can do is to convince the compiler.

51b900b307 Reset terminal on erroneous console exit 
This ensures that the terminal is resetted on an erroneous exit when using the Icinga 2 console.

What does this change?
* Remove use of spaces for formatting
These could be found by using `grep -r -l -P '^\t+ +[^*]'
* Removal of training whitespaces
* A few lines longer than 120 chars
