Released version 1.3.14.4 with the following main changes :
    - [BUILD] Replace hardcoded 'LD = gcc' with 'LD = $(CC)'
    - [BUILD] Added support for 'make install'
    - [BUILD] Added 'install-man' make target for installing the man page
    - [BUILD] Added 'install-bin' make target
    - [BUILD] Added 'install-doc' make target
    - [BUILD] Removed "/" after '$(DESTDIR)' in install targets
    - [BUILD] Changed 'install' target to install the binaries first
    - [MEDIUM] fix stats socket limitation to 16 kB
