Rosen Penev b3814c2ca8 BUG/MINOR: ssl: openssl-compat: Fix getm_ defines 
LIBRESSL_VERSION_NUMBER evaluates to 0 under OpenSSL, making the condition
always true. Check for the define before checking it.
