Willy Tarreau ba0902ede4 CLEANUP: channel: rename channel_reserved -> channel_is_rewritable ... channel_reserved is confusingly named. It is used to know whether or not the rewrite area is left intact for situations where we want to ensure we can use it before proceeding.
