Willy Tarreau 98e40b9818 MINOR: mux-h2: make the "show fd" helper also decode the h2s subscriber when known 
When dumping a valid h2 stream, also dump the subscriber, its events,
tasklet context and handler. Example:

ease of use.

Please refer to the following files depending on what you're looking for :

The more detailed documentation is located into the doc/ directory :
