Willy Tarreau 691d503896 MINOR: xprt/mux: export all *_io_cb functions so that "show fd" resolves them 
In FD dumps it's often very important to figure what upper layer function
is going to be called. Let's export the few I/O callbacks that appear as
tasklet functions so that "show fd" can resolve them instead of printing
a pointer relative to main. For example:

ease of use.

Please refer to the following files depending on what you're looking for :

  - CONTRIBUTING for the process to follow to submit contributions

The more detailed documentation is located into the doc/ directory :

  - doc/intro.txt for a quick introduction on HAProxy
  - doc/configuration.txt for the configuration's reference manual
  - doc/lua.txt for the Lua's reference manual
  - doc/SPOE.txt for how to use the SPOE engine
