David Carlier 0fad24b5da BUG/MINOR: deviceatlas: set cache_size on hot-reloaded atlas instance 
When hot-reloading the atlas in da_haproxy_checkinst(), the configured
cache_size was not applied to the new instance, causing it to use the
default value.

This should be backported to lower branches.
