MINOR: dns: wrong DNS_MAX_UDP_MESSAGE value

Browse source 
Current implementation of HAProxy's DNS resolution expect only 512 bytes
of data in the response.
Update DNS_MAX_UDP_MESSAGE to match this.

Backport: can be backported to 1.6
