REGTEST: Wrong renaming for one reg test.

Fix a wrong reg test file renaming which came with d7a8f14 commit
(REGTEST: rename the reg test files). This prevented
reg-tests/log/wrong_ip_port_logging.vtc with "bug" as reg test type
from being run.
