Alerting: Update alerting module to 14235582749811866551d16c5f88ce0c7ad957a2 (#119748) 
* [create-pull-request] automated change

* Use new config hashing in local AM and update v0mimir1 path

- Update import path from `v0mimir1` to `v0mimir` across alertmanager components
- Add conversion functions for NotificationsConfiguration to PostableAPIConfig
- Refactor status endpoint to use AppliedConfig() instead of GetStatus()
- Replace MD5 hash with fingerprint-based config hash calculation
- Add comprehensive tests for hash stability and change detection

* make gen-apps

* Update notifier api snapshot files

* linting

* Update missed snapshot file
